    • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after a purchase has been made.

    • Please be advised that orders placed on a weekend or Government Holiday will be processed the next business day.

  • Once we have shipped your order, tracking will be provided via website sign in. The progress of this shipment can be monitored through the tracking number provided in the email confimation.

  • While we understand that packages can sometimes get lost or damaged in transit, we are not liable for lost or damage products in transit.

    • Please reach out to the mail carrier so that they can assist you with filing a reimbursement claim for your order.

  • In order for us to provide protection to our cusotmers, any order(s) that are placed and flagged by our system as suspicoiuse will automatically be cancelled.

    Please be sure to:

    • Verify that the name on the order matches the phone number, billing and shipping address on the card.

    • Email on your order is correct and belongs to the person placing the order.

    Please Note:

    • We do not charge our custtomers for cancelled orders.

    • A transaction hold may be placed on the card used which is tempoary and can be expected to have an authorizaion reversal within 3 days depending on your banking rules.
